01)Read the Instruction Manual provided by Air Compressor Manufacturer carefully and follow the Instructions given.
02)Ensure that the Screw Air Compressor unit is mounted on a firm and level surface.
03)Use only Compressor Manufacturer recommended Lubrication Oil in Screw Compressor.Best way,request Manufacturer to supply the recommended grade of oil.
04)Maintain the Lubricating Oil between the Low Level and High Level marks on the Oil Level Gauge or Dipstick.Recommended to maintain Oil Level near to high level.
05)If the Oil Pressure Gauge fails to register Oil Pressure,stop the Screw Air Compressor immediately.Rectify the fault before starting the Compressor.
06)Check the tightness of all Nut and Bolts at regular intervals.
07)Do not open the Oil Filter Cap before relieving Air Pressure from Reciever.
08)Keep the Air Suction Filter clean.Replace it after regular intervals as recommended by Compressor Manufacturer.This is the most important part of Screw
Air Compressor.
09)Servicing of the Air Cleaner is of great importance in prolonging the life of Screw Air Compressor.
10)Never run the Compressor without an Air Filter.
11)Do not operate Screw Compressor beyond 110 Degree Centigrate Air Discharge Temperature.Investigate and rectify the cause of High Discharge Air Temperature,if any.
12)Do not restart Compressor unit,until the Pressure in Receiver has fallen to Zero.
13)Do not disturbe Safty Valve Setting.
14)Preventive Maintaince of Electric Motor and Starter to be carried out at regular intervals.This will increase life of Screw Air Compressor.
15)Maintain the general cleanliness of the Electric Screw Air Compressor unit.
